    Job Title:

    Project Manager

    About the Role:

    We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to join our team and be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects based on business demand.

    This role will involve managing and delivering a pre-defined package of work, covering all areas of the business required to achieve those results.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Utilise key stakeholder lists for projects and communicate with them appropriately to deliver projects.
    • Establish project structures to engage all required stakeholders for all phases, maintaining engagement through the project lifecycle.
    • Create clear and attainable project objectives in conjunction with project sponsors.
    • Manage key constraints for projects including cost, time, quality, and scope.
    • Work with the Program Management Office (PMO) to establish frameworks for managing project scope, schedule, quality, and cost, complying with TPG Telecom's project management policies and processes.
    • Ensure operational processes are in place for successful transition of projects to operations.
    • Apply risk management processes to projects to manage risk profiles and develop contingency plans where required.
    • Manage supplier interfaces associated with projects.
    • Develop resource profiles to ensure availability of personnel, facilities, and tools when required to deliver projects.
    • Develop project schedules that cover all areas of the business required to achieve project results, including dependencies on which projects rely to deliver successfully.
    • Work with financial teams to control costs and ensure adherence to cost control systems by all personnel working on projects.
    • Provide reports showing project status against agreed plans, with assessments of risks to future deliverables, in accordance with TPG Telecom processes and timescales.
    • Establish and maintain successful delivery cultures within projects.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Desirable to have some project experience as a Project Manager delivering IT projects.
    • Good understanding of project management delivery methodologies, particularly PMBoK would be an advantage.
    • Experience of working within a Project or Program team is desirable.
    • Experience in the telecommunications industry would be an advantage.
    • Good communication skills are essential.
    • Ability to motivate others.
    • Ability to work with senior stakeholders within a team and manage multiple tasks/projects.
    • Good collaborative working style that drives a customer focus and great employee engagement.
    • Excellent capability to manage own and teams' deliverables.

    Estimated Salary:

    $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
