Primary and Secondary Teacher (all experience levels)

The Role:We are looking for enthusiastic Stage 1 and Stage 2 teachers of all experience levels to join our historically significant Islamic school in Northwestern Sydney

Ensuring that our students have a fantastic educational experience, you'll be responsible for engaging in all aspects of teaching. We are looking to place a range of roles; with positions ranging from graduate teaching positions to heads of department.

These roles are ideal for working professionals seeking to start or further their careers at a well-reputed institution.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching students (both in a classroom setting and individually)
• Contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of a curriculum or other curriculum program within the school
• Undertaking other classroom teaching related and organisational duties as determined by the School Principal
• Participating in PTA meetings; staff meetings; camps and excursions as required
• Undertaking other non-teaching supervisory duties.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Registration to the NESA teaching board
• Passion for their area of study and ability to trans
• Personal principles aligned with self-reflection, the value of education and creating a facilitative environment for students
• Previous experience within a similar teaching environment
• Head of Department experience or exposure to creating curricula will be necessary for our supervision and management roles
