    $100,000 – $120,000 incl superannuation per year

    Business Services Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager
    Up to $120k pkg plus progression to Manager

    About us:
    We are a progressive accounting practice looking for a dynamic Senior Accountant looking to become an Assistant Manager to join our growing team. We are a tech savvy, forward thinking team looking for an outstanding new team member to join us in our office on the Gold Coast. As part of the team you will feel valued, inspired and love coming to work.

    We offer exceptional customer service and act as true business partners with our clients. We attract a very diverse client base from small to medium business all the way through to significantly large businesses.

    The Role:

    Due to strong growth, the position of Assistant Manager has been created.
    This is your chance to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to manager within 12 months for the right person. Your contributions will be integral to the business's future growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client relationship Management
    • High level advisory and compliance
    • Offer tailored solutions based on client needs
    • Meeting KPIs and targets
    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Continuously develop skills and knowledge

    Ideally:

    You're an experienced Senior Accountant wanting to move into an Assistant Manager role, and you have a passion for assisting clients and a natural knack for leadership. Your dedication to client success, coupled with your ability to work harmoniously with teams, sets you apart.

    To thrive in this role, you'll need:

    • 4 – 6 + years Australian public practice accounting
    • Ability to build and manage client relationships
    • Proven leadership experience
    • Strong technical tax knowledge
    • Exceptional communication and presentation
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for meeting deadlines
    • Experience using XPM
