    Centre Director Job Opportunity
     
    The Centre Director will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of early education at Explorers Surrey Hills- Elgar Road.
     
    This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team, foster a positive and supportive environment, and champion our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.
     
    The successful candidate will have:
    • Inspire and lead daily operations of a vibrant early learning centre
    • Build powerful connections with team members, families, and the wider community
    • Champion our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum and support the team to bring it to life
    • Ensure top-tier compliance with industry regulations and company values
    • Foster an uplifting culture that values and motivates everyone
    • Advocate for child safety and ensure positive learning outcomes for every child
     
    The Centre Director will be supported by a strong guidance system, including an off-the-floor Director-in-Training, Educational Leader, and dedicated operations team.

    To be successful in this role, you will need:
    • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
    • 5+ years of early childhood experience, with at least 3 years in management
    • Skills in budget management, rostering, and compliance documentation
    • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training
    • A Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting
