Position: AO6 Senior Program Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects related to the revocation, dedication, and declaration of protected areas and State forests, land administration.
2. Aid in the development of plans and other geographical information.
3. Work seamlessly with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of program outcomes.

Tenure Services Team Focus:

The focus of the Tenure Services team is to enhance protection of Queensland's biodiversity through:

1. The dedication and declaration of land as a protected area or forestry tenure.
2. The facilitation of the revocation of protected areas and State forests.

The team also oversees compliance with operational policy, procedures, and governance arrangements to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders and partners.
