    Project Administrator (Studies)

    We are currently looking for Project Administrator (Studies) on a part-time basis. The candidate rate is $45-$55 per hour. The tenure will be for approximately 6 months commencing June 2024.

    Location:Perth's CBD. Opportunity for work from home flexibility.

    Role Purpose:

    The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Major Projects Studies Team – the direct reporting relationship will be to the Group Manager – Studies.

    Key Accountabilities:
    • Diary and email management to enable the efficient organization and execution of daily activities.
    • Preparing agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and coordinating meeting logistics.
    • General administrative support e.g. answering phones, digital and hardcopy filing, register management, such as prepare monthly expense claims, document management.
    • Compile, consolidate and distribute weekly reports and pre-read for weekly/monthly routines.
    • Review of documents and fixing formatting.
    • Using SAP for purchasing (POs/PRs)
    • Working closely with the Studies Leadership team to provide ongoing support.
    • Travel and accommodation bookings.
    Requirements of the Job:
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
    • SAP experience desirable, but not essential
    • Prior administrator experience.
    • Project and/or mining industry experience highly valued.
    • Experience coordinating / managing diaries for various stakeholders
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to understand complexity, and a track record of providing quality information to senior management.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities within tight time-frames.
    • Self-motivated to work autonomously within a wider team.
    • Effective communication on a variety of levels
