    Position:

    We are in search of an accomplished and proficient Sales Store Manager to lead our bustling retail store. The ideal candidate will demonstrate success in team management, deliver proven sales outcomes in the tyre and automotive sector, and exhibit adept inventory control skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Join us for an exciting day as our store manager where you will:

    • Oversee all front-of-house retail operations, including opening and closing procedures
    • Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service, devising quotes and promotional strategies
    • Lead and coach our dynamic team, currently comprising five skilled mechanics and workshop/on-site tyre fitters
    • Manage inventory, from ordering to stock replacement, conducting regular stocktakes and control processes
    • Handle cash banking and financial responsibilities, with an understanding of cash flow management and P+L
    • Coordinate workshop flow, managing diaries and bookings effectively

    Skills Required:

    We're seeking candidates with the following skills:

    • Proven experience managing a retail store from a relatable background - you could be a 2ic that is ready for their next step up
    • Exceptional people management skills, capable of leading and upskilling a diverse team
    • Proficiency in inventory control and stocktake procedures, conducted on a monthly basis
    • Drive to exceed pre-set KPIs and store goals
    • Budgeting and expense management capabilities, or a willingness to learn
    • Ambition to grow sales and reap the rewards
    • Ability to market and engage in cold calling within the community
    • Creativity in presenting new ideas for displays, promotions, and events at the store
    • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in digital POS systems, MS Office, and retail invoicing systems

    • Attractive base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 + super
