  • Leading key operational projects within the Strategic Program of work designed to standardise and digitise Coates
  • Stylish and modern Mascot offices located on top of public transport and plenty of cafes
  • The Transformation Project Manager position is a newly created role as part of the Transformation Office to support the successful execution of strategic operational projects. These projects are part of a program to standardise, digitise and accelerate the delivery of key operational functional areas of Coates.

    You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Facilitate and support the development of well-thought through business cases detailing pragmatic outcomes and approach to delivery for key projects.
  • Establish project plans, tasks, resources and ownership to ensure timelines are met
  • Co-ordinate internal and external resources for the planning and execution of projects
  • Proactively work to remove project obstacles, identify and manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities
  • Provide a pragmatic approach to problem solving and working with data to architect the project approach , KPIs and targets that will underpin the development of the project plans.
  • Actively drive the enhance of project management processes, tooling and templates to improve the project management function
  • Provide timely status reports and program summaries including scope/schedule/risks/ status/financial benefits tracking.
  • Partner with key operational functional areas, leaders and business people to bring people on the journey and achieve quality and timely outcomes that can be operationalised.

  • Your experience in timely delivery and execution of projects
