- Building and leading a Supply Planning team and function - Capacity planning, scheduling and supply planning
- Establish SLAs and KPIs with key Logistics (Freight, WH and 3PL) Vendors/Suppliers
- Managing 3rd party and OEM manufacturing
- Building capability to introduce new manufacturing facilities into the network
- Optimising a rolling planning tool that supports customer demand and forecasts
- Utilise your analytical prowess and understanding across the management of a manufacturing and logistics network to identify areas for CI initiatives and optimisation strategies to be introduced to deliver value add and cost savings
- Driving and leading the S&OP process
- Work in conjunction with Group Procurement to ensure budget alignment and requirements
- Becoming the key conduit in cross functional collaboration across the Supply Chain and wider commercial functions e.g. sales and marketing
- Supporting the SLT with wider Supply Chain projects and initiatives The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated Supply Planning and Logistics leadership experience within an FMCG or Manufacturing environment
- Appreciation of multi-site operations and priorities
- Experienced people leader with a penchant for the pursuit of excellence
- CI mindset and ability to drive new ideas and initiatives
- Experienced S&OP/IBP practitioner What's on Offer
