    As we enter a period of significant growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Project Engineer who has a willingness to learn on the job.

    The Position

    Based in Bangholme, Vic the primary responsibilities for this role as Project Manager are to to develop strong productive relationships with the Mirage Doors team, our subcontractors for installation, and our customers to ensure efficient installation of our products. In particular you will need to work closely with the Production Manager and operations team to coordinate production priorities. Become the technical expert on the installation process and requirements. Provide support to the operations team to achieve monthly and yearly KPI's.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible to provide accurate technical advice to Internal and External Customers in relation to installation of our products.
    • Implement process improvements to achieve higher safety, productivity, quality, easier installation, and lower cost.
    • Responsibility for Coordinating the installations in line with customer expectations.
    • Development of safety documentation relating to site installations, including SWMS, as required
    • Ensuring quality control inspections are carried at completion of installations
    • Development of operational systems to improve accuracy of information and efficiency of processing. Promote a visual factory concept through application of lean manufacturing.
    • Active involvement in the OHS committee
    • Other duties as directed by the General Manager or his delegates
    • Assist with maintaining the overall quality standards for the works performed by the Company and in accordance with customer requirements.
    • Advise the Directors of any matter or incident (including but not limited to product liability, public liability, workers' compensation, motor vehicle accident, industrial dispute, criminal or civil action, or alike) that may involve the company or its insurers incurring some form of liability or may reasonably be of interest to the Directors of the Company.
    • Comply with Company Policies at all times Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will be proactive and self-driven.
    • Excellent understanding of the Company's products as they relate to the customers requirements
