- Habitual is looking for an Exercise Physiologist to provide EP services to our community. In this role you have the opportunity to grow and build your patient base, and work with a like minded, multidisciplinary team. Working in a one-of-a-kind gym and reformer space, we can also provide you with extensive admin support, mentorship, and new referrals. Experience in private practice, musculoskeletal rehab, and pilates is highly desirable. - Provide exceptional Exercise Physiology services to clients
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' specific needs and concerns
- Develop personalised treatment plans to address clients' unique conditions
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes
- Collaborate with the two other EP's and wellness professionals for comprehensive client care
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct
- Must be a permanent resident of Australia with own ABN (subcontractor)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology
- Current Association membership, first aid certificate and health fund eligibility
- Professional liability insurance
- Proven experience as an Exercise Physiologist, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Compassion and patience when working with clients, especially those dealing with health challenges.
- Motivational skills to inspire clients to adhere to exercise programs.
