    Position Overview

    We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our committed and dynamic commercial finance team at our head office in Chatswood. Reporting to the Commercial Assurance Manager, the key purpose of this role is to deliver a range of contract management support including but not limited to preparing, negotiating, and reviewing company contracts, including sales, purchases, and business partnerships.

    Position Responsibilities
    • Head contract administration
    • Subcontract contract administration
    • Head and Subcontract variation
    • Preparation of subcontractor package, scope of work
    • Assist in preparing tender or pricing package/ documentation
    • Provide guidance on contractual obligations
    • Assist in resolving contract disputes, claims, and issues in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with stakeholders as needed
    • Maintain accurate records of contract documents, correspondence, and project-related documentation
    • Escalating noncompliance where required and seeking to minimise risk
    • Attendance at Project Governance Review Meetings
    • Business partnering with key stakeholders to support contractual decision making
    • Preparation of variance analysis, commentary on performance and key performance indicators
    • Assist with responding to auditor queries at half/year end
    • Look for process and efficiency improvements that will benefit the business and implement in partnership with business stakeholders
    • Identify and implement process improvements and generate process efficiencies
    • Ad-hoc tasks to assist in &/or improve contract administration processes
    • Advocate safe work practices as per customer and BSA standards with 100% compliance to procedures and policies
    The right candidate should have:
    • Previous experience within a complex, high volume environment, along with intermediate to strong excel skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment with a can-do approach
    • Ability to embrace a "hands-on" delivery environment that is client-centric
    • Excellent communication, time-management and organisational skills
    • Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
