    As we continue to innovate and evolve, we're seeking a Technology Support Manager to join our team and be part of our journey. This key role within Epiroc's Parts and Services division will lead our technology support team through a period of growth and expansion, requiring strong leadership, strategic vision, and adaptability to effectively navigate the challenges and opportunities of scaling operations and product/service portfolios. The role is well suited to a result orientated leader whose ability to develop, inspire and motivate are at the core of their success.

    Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to:

    • Holistically managing the operational and financial performance of the technology support team
    • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure effective support is delivered for technology products, services and projects
    • Conducting ongoing reviews of the team's performance, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations
    • Coordinating training, resources, and support processes to integrate new products into our service offerings effectively
    • Providing input on the technology support aspects of Epiroc's sales proposals and tender submissions
    • Developing and implementing systems and processes that drive and deliver operational excellence, continuous improvement and exception customer experiences

    The successful applicant will have:

    • A strong commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues
    • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams to positive outcomes
    • Previous technology leadership and management experience within an aligned industry
    • Knowledge of mining and maintenance related practices and procedures
    • High level of organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent customer and stakeholder relation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Previous experience working with Epiroc products (advantageous)
    • A passion to continuously improve yourself and Epiroc's products
