    The role of Practice Leader is a key position within our Brisbane CBD office, responsible for the success of Shine's Disability & Superannuation Insurance practice. As a permanent leader, you will oversee a team in providing exceptional client service, using key case management processes to ensure timely and effective delivery of results. With a focus on compassion, connection, and purpose, your primary objective will be to champion our clients' best interests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cultivate strong relationships within Shine to foster a cohesive and motivated team environment.
    • Demonstrate entrepreneurial aptitude to market personal brand and branch, securing new cases and helping clients achieve the best outcomes.
    • Coach and supervise others in developing case strategies, directing case progress through procedural milestones at case velocity meetings.
    • Provide operational oversight, managing budgets and team performance.
    • Progress and resolve disability and superannuation insurance cases, providing legal advice and representation to obtain maximum compensation.

    Your Qualifications

    • Demonstrated success as a solicitor practising across personal injury litigation and/or disability and superannuation insurance cases.
    • Current practising certificate.
    • Able to grow and mentor a thriving team.
    • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal documentation.
    • Commitment to connecting with others and delivering exceptional results for clients.
    • Innate ability to question and challenge the status quo, staying ahead of the pack.
