    Job Title: Enrolled Nurses – Healthscope NSW Casual Flexi Crew

    Are you an Enrolled Nurse looking for an opportunity to have flexible shifts across a large and diverse health service with a broad range of specialties to suit your lifestyle and career aspirations?

    The Healthscope NSW Flexi Crew provides nurses with the ability to work across a number of different Healthscope Hospitals throughout New South Wales and enjoy a variety of clinical experiences within our wide and diverse Healthscope Team.

    We are seeking Enrolled Nurses with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

    An exciting opportunity awaits those staff looking for opportunities within the acute and rehabilitation clinical setting.

    The Casual Staffing Team is led by a dedicated and passionate manager that will encourage and establish opportunities for clinical growth and development within the organisation.

    Opportunities to participate in education programs, experience different specialties, and work towards permanent positions if desired are available to the team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Delivery of evidence-based nursing care
    • Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team
    • Ensuring patient and staff safety
    • Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs

    Requirements:

    • Current AHPRA Registration
    • Minimum of 1 year of acute clinical experience post-registration
    • Working rights within Australia
    • Current police check and current working with children's check (Employee Version)
    • Medication Endorsed - all routes (including IV)
    • Commitment to Quality Patient Care Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
    • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Works well independently and within a team

    Salaries:

    Estimated salary: $60-$80 per hour
