    Description

    The Change Manager will be responsible for the change manager activities to ensure the appropriate uptake and implementation of capabilities managed and delivered within Technology Development Integration (TDI). For Technology Development Integration (TDI) providing important mission support to Defence Majors

    Please Note: Must hold either a current Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance OR have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded). Candidates with a current Defence Intelligence Agency recognised Psychological Assessment (PA) preferred but not essential.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Experience in the Defence Intelligence community preferred.
    • Assist to implement the required activities to successfully enable change within a complex IT environment.
    • Develop change communications to enable users transition and acceptance of new IT capabilities.
    • Assist in engagement with a wide variety of diverse stakeholders with differing level of change maturity.
    • Collaborate and motivate Change Champions to ensure success of change activities.
    • Codification of developed knowledge to enable knowledge transfer to ASD contractors and employees.
