A very well-established Mechanical Services D&C Contractor with several offices across Australia. They offer a comprehensive service covering Design, Construction and Maintenance to top-tier clients in the industrial and manufacturing space.

Job Summary

Based in South-East Melbourne, the HVAC Project Manager's role will include:

• Plan and manage HVAC projects throughout the whole life-cycle.
• Develop plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Ongoing monitoring of project progress, anticipating and heading off potential issues wherever possible and ensuring project deliverables are completed on-time and to-budget.
• Close monitoring of project financials with a strong focus on profitability.
• Ongoing communiction with project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Experience required

• Trade-qualified in a relevant field (plumbing / air-con / refrigeration etc).
• Prior experience as a HVAC Project Manager.
• Experience managing large HVAC construction projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail, especially project financials.

Remuneration

$140,000 plus super +$20,000 car allowance +Fuel-card, mobile, laptop
