    Associate Director (Corporate Development) - Funds management Our Client Our client is a leading funds management business which currently has an exciting opportunity in their Corporate Development team.

    This critical market-facing role will see you act as a conduit between multiple internal and external stakeholders to report, analyse and communicate corporate strategy.

    Key Responsibilities The role involves analysing reports, project managing internal corporate strategy projects, performing financial analysis, and acting as an enterprising player for the Senior Management team.

    The role reports into the Head of Corporate Development.

    The main areas of responsibility for the role include: Internal and External Reporting Supporting the board of directors and executive leadership team in reporting, documenting and communicating corporate strategy both internally and externally.

    Coordinating strategic market messaging and financial analysis via annual reports, analyst and investor presentations.

    Project managing cross functional teams on activities such as M&A and strategic analysis, while ensuring consistency on due diligence processes on key corporate projects.

    Financial Analysis and Project Management Project managing responses to investor activity as advised by the Head of Corporate Development.

    Working with internal stakeholders to formulate and execute on strategies to promote liquidity, and monitoring peer group capital market activity and trading.

    Assisting with the management and analysis of investor base and managing third party unit registry providers.
    Research and Administration Performing competitor analysis and growth prospects in consultations.
    Supporting through other relevant activities as advised by the Head of Corporate Development.

    Technical Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years post graduate experience from an investment banking, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisition and valuations, or consultancy background.

    You will have well-developed communications, stakeholder management and relationship building skills as it is a high level of business acumen, in addition to having strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
