    Our client is undergoing a significant restructuring phase, reshaping their operational framework and strategic direction.

    Role Overview

    We seek an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to support our client's payroll operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Oversee fortnightly payroll, managing increased employee numbers.
    2. Manage monthly payroll operations for smaller groups of employees.
    3. Administer employee incentive plans and ensure timely payments.
    4. Collaborate with team members for seamless payroll processing.
    5. Adapt to changes in payroll processes due to system overhaul.
    6. Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and improve payroll systems.

    Essential Requirements

    1. At least 3 years of experience in payroll leadership.
    2. Familiarity with payroll systems and administrative functions, SAP experience advantageous.
    3. Ability to work independently and manage payroll tasks in dynamic environments.
    4. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective team work.
    5. Flexibility and adaptability to changing processes and organizational needs.

    Desirable

    1. Experience in industries with large blue-collar workforces or similar payroll management experience.
    2. Knowledge of payroll regulations and employee benefits, particularly long service leave or incentive plans.

    Work Environment & Benefits

    2. Option to work remotely two days per week, some in-office requirements.
    3. One flexi day per month for work-life balance.
    4. Flexible work hours between 7 AM and 5 PM for individual schedules.
