    This niche global pharmaceutical organisation have recently established their Australian business. They have a highly scientific and rewarding portfolio and impressive pipeline of truly life changing products. With a high performing medical foundation, they are preparing to build their commercial sales team.

    This Key Account Manager role is focussed on engaging with customers across whole hospital accounts, including specialist, KOLs, pharmacist stakeholders and some broader referrer pathways ensuring that patients get access to these life changing medicines. Ideally based in Melbourne, for VIC Region. It is one of two Key Account Managers - we are also recruiting for a Sydney based role.

    Reporting to the ANZ Lead, your responsibilities will include:

    • calling on a specialised Key Hospital Accounts across Australia
    • developing and executing strategic business plans
    • using creativity and initiative to grow patient pathways
    • business development and launch of new products
    • applying clinical evidence to build confidence in your brand
    • working with global internal stakeholders to implement locally

    The successful candidate will have:

    • a proven track record of end-to-end responsibility in pharmaceuticals
    • agility and creativity to lead patient-centric pathways
    • experience in working in a competitive sales environment
    • strong strategic and business development skills
    • excellent customer engagement and relationship building skills
    • sound technical aptitude and communication skills
    • flexibility and adaptability
