The Opportunity

Lead as a Principal Dentist and take on a leadership role in a highly productive practice.

Opportunity to build something big.

You call the shots and make decisions with the support of dedicated marketing, HR, and operations teams.

Take on the books of a busy practice with exceptional case acceptance rates (85-90%) for complex treatments.

Perform a wide range of procedures: implants, full arches, cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry, reconstructive dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, and comprehensive general dentistry—all in-house with full clinical autonomy.

Access to CBCT, microscopes, intraoral scanners, CEREC, rotary endo, and more.

Work with a highly skilled team, including senior dentists, hygienists, full-time steri nurse, an outstanding Practice Manager who ensures seamless operations, and have the support of a back office marketing, HR, and operations team.

This practice is stable and has loyal team members and very low staff turnover.
