• Fresh food retail knowledge is desired, but not essential.
• You will lead and manage a team to achieve outstanding customer service and sales results.
• You will order and control costs to maximize profitability.
• You will accurately roster your team to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• You will demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• You will maintain unparalleled commitment to customer service and have excellent communication skills.
• You will liaise with both team members and management to achieve business objectives.
• You will have a flair for merchandising and be able to coach, train, and performance manage teams.
