Our team of 25 includes 15 family lawyers including 9 Accredited Family Law Specialists.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our busy practice.

The role As the successful candidate, you will be experienced in running your own family law files and providing excellent client service.

You will work on a range of matters including all aspects of property and financial settlements (including companies, trusts and self-managed superannuation funds) and parenting arrangements (including relocation).

In return you will join a friendly and vibrant team of dedicated lawyers and efficient support staff.

Responsibilities Run your own family law files from end to end Operate autonomously with the ability to draw on a wealth of experience from others Negotiate matters to settlement Court appearances Build a strong rapport with your clients Skills and experience Experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel Ideal candidate will be an Accredited Specialist in Family Law Demonstrated ability to manage your own matters from start to finish Well developed strategy and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail Benefits & culture Highly competitive salary Realistic budget Flexible working from home /office arrangements High calibre of dedicated administrative support Supportive, social and collaborative firm culture Encourage and support you becoming an Accredited Specialist, if not already.
