- Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies
- Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Prepare aging reports and analyze accounts receivable aging to identify delinquent accounts
- Communicate with clients to address inquiries and facilitate payment resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collections processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven initiative and eagerness to learn
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel essential)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Professional demeanor with a friendly, can-do attitude
