    The Opportunity:

    We're hiring a Procurement Centre Consultant to join us at Toll Group within our Managed Services team This is a 12-month fixed term contract position, There may also be permanent / extended career opportunities within Toll Group available towards the end of the contract duration.

    This exciting opportunity will involve hands-on data entry into the Move Maestro system and meticulous record-keeping. You will be at the forefront of arranging, purchasing and coordinating removal services (Domestic and International), ensuring they align with client needs while ensuring the procurement process adheres to the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines. This role isn't just about processing – it's about driving efficiency, excellence in procurement and customer service

    A day in the life of a Procurement Centre Consultant at Toll Group:

    • Administration of removals and storage services, from receiving move requests to final delivery.
    • Accurately estimate packing, wrapping, and general removal needs for each relocation, identifying any special handling or high-risk requirements
    • Collaborate effectively within the team to meet established deadlines and achieve desired outcomes
    • Identify and address causes of service issues, such as late pickups or deliveries, by facilitating communication and resolution with relevant parties
    • Ensure strict compliance with controlled and standardized procedures, including meticulous use of the designated system
    • Keep key stakeholders informed, including Case Managers, Transition Consultants, and the Transitions Service Manager, regarding supplier requirements and any arising issues.

    What You'll Need to Succeed:

    • Experience in Purchasing / Accounting role would be beneficial.
    • Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications incl. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong customer service skills - ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
