We're looking for a passionate OT to deliver evidence-based care across Melbourne's South-East,covering Frankston region. You'll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program,
helping them achieve goals and maintain independence.
- Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients' homes.
- Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
