About your new employer

This is a rare opportunity to join a renowned organisation with a longstanding reputation. Working in a busy but friendly environment the role would suit an experienced accounts payable officer who has high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

About your new job

The role will see you join a small accounts payable team and assist with the management of their vendor invoices.

•Process backlog of vendor invoices

•Handle and resolve supplier queries

•Follow up on problem invoices and missing information

•Any ad-hoc tasks as required within the payable and finance teams

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:

•Previous background in Accounts Payable – preferably high volume

•Fast and accurate data entry skills

•Knowledge of Excel

•Exposure to large ERP Systems – ideally Netsuite

•Good communication skills
