    You will have:

    • Experience supervising and inspiring a high performing team to achieve strong results

    • Strong selling background with a track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs

    You will be responsible for:

    • Influencing, inspiring and coaching Team Members alongside the Store Manager to become top performers
    • Leading by example and creating customer service experiences that are second to none
    • Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards
    • Supporting the Store Manager to implement marketing strategies in store
    • Assisting with completing administrative and operational requirements for your store
