    To support our continual growth, we are searching for a Resource and Planning Co-Ordinator to join our Site Services team. This full time position will be an 8/6 roster in our Welshpool office.

    MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, oil & gas and construction industries. This includes the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installations, maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs and fabrication. Our suite of products covers mineral processing and bulk materials handling equipment along with other specialty products.     About the opportunity

    Reporting to the Planning Manager, the successful candidate will be required to plan and schedule the personnel across our multiple WA based operations. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritise their workload. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Planning and scheduling of resources to meet operation, shutdown and project requirements.
    • Accurately maintain resourcing schedules
    • Management of Minprovise resources, including scheduling for works, communication and assisting our people where required.
    • Work closely with Operations team and site leads to ensure that job requirements are met, and plan is relayed clearly to our site teams.

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Previous experience working within the mining industry, a trade-based background is advantageous
    • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential
    • Demonstrate understanding of resourcing scheduling within the heavy industry is desirable
