- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses.
- Analyse, plan, and define the data architecture framework, covering security, reference data, metadata, and master data.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system.
- Set architectural direction, build consensus, and mediate conflicts, providing technical leadership and advisory services to the customer and the program team.
- Ensure architectural deliverables meet schedules and estimates.
- Anticipate project issues and risks, and work with program managers to implement solutions or mitigations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer on all technical architecture matters.
- Develop and maintain models of current and future architectures within defined solutions.
- Extensive professional experience in senior engineering or architecture roles within an ICT engineering or project environment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated leadership in complex organisations.
- Proven experience in delivering IT solutions, particularly in End User Computing and Digital workplace services, with a track record of success.
- Excellent knowledge and application of a broad range of skills including software, systems, and enterprise architecture, as well as software and infrastructure engineering.
- Experience in Federal or State Government or Healthcare environments would be highly advantageous.
- For this position it requires an AGSVA Security clearance of an NV1 and ITAR compliance.
