    Our client is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving health outcomes through authoritative, practical, and independent therapeutic guidance. They are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Executive Director to lead their Publishing division.

    In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

    Providing strategic direction and leadership for the entire Publishing team, including the editorial teams, production teams, and the Partnership Program.

    Overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

    Driving business growth through innovative publishing products, services, and strategic partnerships.

    Building and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government agencies, and other industry leaders.

    Managing a multi-million dollar budget and ensuring the financial sustainability of the Publishing division.

    Leading and motivating a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    To be successful, you will need:

    A university degree in publishing, business, pharmacy, or medicine.

    Master of Business Administration (highly desirable).

    At least 10 years of experience in publishing, preferably in the healthcare sector.

    Experience in executive leadership roles.

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

    A strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.

    The ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

    In-depth knowledge of current developments in medical information publishing.
