    Project Manager - Construction Projects in Alice Springs, NV1

    Amentum seeks highly motivated and experienced Project Managers to lead dynamic construction projects in Alice Springs. Multiple positions are available for the right candidates.

    Please note: This position is based in Alice Springs, and if you are successful, you will be required to relocate. A competitive relocation package will be provided to assist with the transition.

    As a Project Manager at Amentum, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from inception through to completion. Your leadership will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Leadership: Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring all activities align with project objectives and timelines.
    • Proposal Support: Collaborate with the proposals team to draft Statements of Work, conduct bid analysis, and support contract negotiations.
    • Project Management Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive Project Management Plans covering all project phases, ensuring effective execution.
    • Stakeholder & Subcontractor Engagement: Act as the Superintendent's representative, managing subcontractor performance, and facilitating resolution of any issues that arise.
    • Scope, Budget, and Schedule Management: Ensure strict adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule while tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
    • Regular Communication: Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to align on project goals and progress.
    • Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify and assess project risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and maximize outcomes.
    • Presentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver formal presentations and reports to clients and management, showcasing project progress, risks, and solutions.
