    Job Description

    Our multidisciplinary team in the ACT continues to grow and we are now looking for additiional Occupational Therapists whose desire it is to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for NDIS participants living in the ACT.

    On a daily basis you will be:

    • Managing an allocated caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants get more out of life
    • Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
    • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
    • Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
    • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independence

    About you

    • Experience in the NDIS as an Occupational Therapist
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
    • Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment

    Qualifications

    • Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
    • Current full registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
