    About the Role:

    • Direct and oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring seamless service across multiple levels.
    • Inspire and guide a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
    • Maintain top-tier customer service standards, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
    • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety protocols.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale venues within the hospitality sector, with a capacity of 800+ patrons.
    • Proven Venue Management experience within a pub setting, with a strong track record of success.
    • A keen interest in local and international sporting events.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, coupled with a passion for team development.
    • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
    • A hands-on approach, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
    • Flexibility to accommodate weekends, late-night, and early-morning shifts as required.

    What We Offer:

    A competitive salary package of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career advancement within one of Australia's leading hospitality groups.
