    About the Team

    The Business Performance & Reporting Team supports the Business & Agri Banking Division and key stakeholder needs through a centralised dedicated business partner and analytic support model that delivers quality analytics and advice. The teams focus is on measuring and reporting on performance, strategy and initiatives which will deliver our products and services to our customers via alignment of strategic intent.

    As the Business Performance Partner and reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Performance and Reporting you will deliver insights through the understanding of the performance of the division and drivers of activity and strategy.

    In this role you will get to:

    • Liaise, consult, analyse and derive strategic reporting and insights from all forms of available data and information.
    • Oversee and direct the creation of new strategy reporting data visualisation and graphics to present complex management metrics and analytics.
    • Develop and measure business case proposals, benefit propositions, solution-oriented success metrics and other insights and recommendations to support and enable the intended outcome of the business case
    • Develop and execute customer, market and competitive research to drive business decisions and tactical execution plants to meet business goals and objectives
    • Work closely and develop strong relationship with stakeholders from Business Banking, Agribusiness Banking, Risk, Transformation, Business Products, Data Enablement and Finance & Treasury.

    About you

    To be successful you will have:

    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, IT or related discipline with Post Graduate qualifications highly desirable
    • Ability to interpret, present and articulate complex information with insight and clarity
    • Strong business and commercial acumen with a strategic and transformation mindset
    • Highly developed relationship building skills with the ability to advise, influence and collaborate with stakeholders in a cross-functional team environment
    • Proactive self-start with the ability to drive initiatives and solutions with creative, critical and lateral thinking
    • Experience in a similar analytical role with demonstrated experience in statistical modelling and business intelligence tools such as QlikSense/Power BI/SAS
    • Experience with in Banking and Financial Services including methodologies, processes, systems and technologies
