- Coordinate requests for information and consolidate reporting updates across the department.
- Provide high level analysis on a range of planning, performance and other reporting matters.
- Ensure government issued standards are met in the preparation of departmental plans and performance reporting.
- Manage multiple deadlines concurrently and seek out proactive opportunities to prepare planning and reporting materials ahead of time.
- Contribute to external publications such as the department's annual report, strategic plan, service delivery statements and specific purpose plans.
- Conduct periodic reviews of corporate governance policies, including coordinating and assessing feedback.
