    Amentum has an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner to join their team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.

    THE ROLE

    The Cleaner performs the full range of custodial tasks as required. Reporting to the custodial coordinator the custodial service assistant will complete all cleaning, housekeeping and vending tasks required ensuring all buildings and office spaces are well maintained and clean.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Australian Drivers License
    • Minimum 12 Month Commitment

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assigned site custodial tasks, in town office, OPS building, Tech and support areas
    • Remove all rubbish from common areas and empty bins in office spaces
    • Sweeping mopping and/or vacuuming of floor spaces
    • washing sanitizing of bathroom areas and restocking of disposables
    • Housekeeping tasks of all TQ rooms
    • Laundry duties such as washing all TQ bedding, towels and other various items
    • Report any maintenance, repairs or damage observed
    • Conduct all actions to ensure a highly rated customer service is provided to customer
    • Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements
    • Any other reasonable duties as requested

    STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 18 years of age.
    • Able to fluently read, write and speak English
    • Australian or US citizen

    EHS REQUIREMENT

    All Amentum personnel are responsible for understanding and complying with all site environmental, health and safety requirements. While Amentum is responsible for providing a safe workplace and is responsible for ensuring compliance with requirements of the Handbook, each person is responsible for:

    • Completing work tasks in a safe manner
    • Reporting any unsafe acts or conditions to their supervisor and/or PMO/EHS Manager
    • Continuous adherence to the environmental, health and safety procedures outlined in the Handbook during the performance of their work
    • Red-Carding a Job - Employee right and responsibility to "STOP WORK" if a job is unsafe or possess a danger to the environment
