- Leading the site team to drive the performance of sub-contractors
- Ensuring a safe site at all times
- Quality control and defect minimisation
- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
- Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
- Track record of delivering high rise residential projects including crane management

About Our Client
Our client is a well respected, financially stable builder with offices on the Gold Coast as well as Brisbane. They take huge pride in their high quality workmanship, relationship building, and sustainable business growth.
Due to a very strong pipeline of projects for 2024 and 2025, they are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team. The initial project will be delivering an 8 storey residential project in Hope Island.
