    About the Role

    Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Senior Document Controller to join our Head Office in Perth. Reporting to our Corporate Quality Manager, you will work across a number of exciting projects in the civil and renewable energy sectors. Your main responsibilities will be to maintain corporate and project document control registers ensuring high standards of quality are applied to the management, access and storage of these documents.

    In addition, some of your key tasks will include:

    • Document Writing from Guidelines, Work Instructions through to Presentations.
    • Management of documents and records from development through to archive/obsolete.
    • Provide advice and support to the project team for, the storage and management of all project documentation, and the use of corporate and project electronic document management systems for the delivery of the project.
    • Setting up electronic File Structures to avoid conflicts.
    • Planning, supervising, and recording document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, subcontractors, and project offices.
    • Coordinate vendor documentation, drawing control, transmittals, and engineering deliverables.
    • Ensuring drawings and documents are registered with correct revision & details and issued within the requested time frame.
    • Develop job specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and perform statistical reporting.
    • Train, coach and mentor other resources in processing documents and records.
    • Interface with external stakeholders to ensure their document control systems are reconciled with Monford's.
    • Maintain current knowledge of record management system's technical specifications and standards.

    About You

    To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic document management systems.
    • Certification in Records Management/Document Control for Projects would be an advantage.
    • Previous experience within Engineering/Construction industry would be highly desirable.
    • High level of attention to detail.
    • Effective time management and strong organisational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
