Our client, an ASX-listed gold mining and exploration company proudly based in Western Australia, is currently seeking experienced Fixed Plant Electricians to join their team at one of their gold operations.

Job Requirements:

• Unrestricted WA electrical license;
• WA manuals driver's license;
• Electrical Trade and High Voltage switching qualification;
• Competent with reporting, completing electrical logs, and working on a work order system;
• Hazard identification and risk assessment.

Position Duties:

• Diagnose LV & HV power installations and conduct control system repairs, modifications, and adjustments;
• Maintain motors, transformers, and other electrical apparatus;
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, as required;
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures;
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes;
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Experience
3+ years experience in a similar role;
