    We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Acquiring, ATM Services squad

    As the Senior Business Analyst within our ATM Services team, you will:

    • Comply with and upholds organisational standards for Business Analysis
    • Select appropriate business analysis approach.
    • Evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies and provides feedback to the PM/PO based on their experience.
    • Work with stakeholders to influence outcomes.
    • Build and manage stakeholder relationships.
    • Can develop a business analysis work-plan, to manage own activities, tasks, deliverables and schedule.
    • Identifies and communicates risks and issues.
    • Measure and track quality of business analysis work through artefact reviews
    • Respond to changing organisational priorities.
    • Using SMART principles, work with the Product Owner to ensure that at least 80% of each sprint goal is met.
    Qualifications

    As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the following skills and experience:

    • 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the IT industry within Financial Services sector
    • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
    • Ability to learn and expand knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
    • Make sense of complex information, to interpret and analyse data into useful outputs for the end stakeholder.
    • Expert in Agile User Story writing, backlog refinement.
    • Able to effectively evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
    • Strong communication skills, and can engage with internal & external stakeholders, run workshops and elicitation activities.

    Although not required, any experience in the following would be highly desirable.

    • Exposure to Cards & Payments, preferably in Acquiring, or Issuing.
    • Desirable knowledge and experience in Schemes Compliance (Schemes Release), Visa & MasterCard, ISO8583, eftpos, AS2805, Switching – 'Postilion' by ACI,
