Our client, an established leader in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Risk, Governance and Compliance Manager. This role is crucial for steering the company's compliance framework and ensuring the integrity of governance practices.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing agendas and consolidating reports for key meetings
• Organising and facilitating various committee meetings
• Taking and distributing minutes promptly post-meetings
• Maintaining records and meeting compliance deadlines
• Supporting project sponsors and managing ad-hoc projects
• Serving as the main contact for committee members

What you'll need:

• Proven experience in risk management and compliance
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including board presentations
• Competence in developing and implementing risk frameworks
• Knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations
