    We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team at Moco, a leading food services company in Australia. This is a permanent full-time role with regular work and guaranteed hours.

    Responsibilities

    1. Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, pricing, and fulfilling client requests.
    2. Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
    3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and transactions.
    4. Generate sales reports and provide analysis to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    5. Assist in sales proposals, contract, and customer presentations.
    6. Resolve any issues related to product availability, shipment, or customer concerns, while collaborating with relevant departments.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A customer-first attitude with a keen eye for detail.

    Estimated Salary:

    $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
