- Maintaining wood work machines, edge bander, CNC machines (Biesse)
- Maitiaining steel work machines, brake press, lazer cutter, turret punch (vawei, machtech)
- Maintaining drills, fixtures, saws and moulding machinery for joinery
- Repair and fault finding on pneumatics and hydraulics machines (fluid power)
- Welding (MIG/TIG/Arc & Oxy)
- Maintenance requirements of equipment and tooling
- General plant maintenance
- Over 5 years proven experience (post trade)
- Strong initiative and problem solving skills
- Excellent team player who can work autonomously
- Up-to-date relevant permits

About The Role
We currently have a full-time vacancy for a Maintenance Fitter to join our team based in Cheltenham. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the key responsibilities for this role will be to work on product change-overs, preventative maintenance schedules, actioning breakdowns, minimising downtime and providing technical support when necessary. Your commitment, dedication and experience in a lean manufacturing environment will ensure you become an integral part of a small and diverse team.
