DRD Group are seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to join our client's fast-paced team based in Perth. The role is accountable for the delivery to the client (on Budget and Time) and Utilisation of the staff in accordance with the budget of the Type of Works. They are responsible for Client and Staff Satisfaction and QA. Some travel and out-of-hours commitment is regularly required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, business networking, and ongoing personal training/development.

About the role:

1. Strong technical design background in bulk civil earthworks, wastewater treatment plants, roads, carpark, and footpath design including water corporation main drainage works.
2. Extensive Project Management, Quoting on projects including collating hours, preparing quotes including scope of work, attending site briefings, and liaising with contractors and clients.

About you:

1. Ability to adhere to and exceed set KPI's.
2. Manage Key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
4. 5+ years management experience in the industry (desirable).
5. Hydraulic Design experience.
6. Ability to navigate through 12D drainage package.
7. Ability and passion for training staff, project management, and design.
