They are currently seeking an experienced senior lawyer for their busy and successful Property & Finance Team.

The Opportunity Our client is seeking a senior lawyer to join our thriving Property & Finance Team, led by a market recognised Partner.

The role promises exposure to high-profile property clients, fostering professional growth and autonomy within a collaborative environment.

Your Role As a pivotal member of the team, you'll have significant responsibility, including client management and mentoring of junior colleagues.

Expect to handle complex property matters with the support of junior team members, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes.

About You5+ years' PQEStrong team player with meticulous attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting priorities The confidence to manage client expectations and run matters autonomously Demonstrated success in handling complex property transactions An interest in establishing a long-term successful career with an established firm.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you must have commercial property experience in acquisitions, development and realisation.

In addition, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded: Banking & finance Planning and property development Project structuring Project finance Joint ventures and development agreements.
