- Attending to internal & external enquiries, either through counter sales, email or via phone.
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Inventory Control, including scheduling and executing regular stocktake on both the main warehouse and the Field Service Technicians' vans.
- Packing and shipping of orders
- General warehousing duties
- Replenishment of Field Service Technician's van stock
- Provide quotes to the Service Department to assist with customer repair quotes
- Building an effective and positive relationship with all customers.
- 3+ years of Previous Spare Parts Interpreting experience is highly regarded
- Forklift Industry experience an advantage
- Excellent Communication
- Good mechanical skills
- Forklift License preferred, not essential
- Microsoft Office
- Baseplan software experience preferred
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and a proficiency in time management
