    Job Summary:


    As a Commercial Fitouts and Construction Junior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the successful delivery of commercial fit-outs and construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

    JOB DESCRIPTION


    1. Project Planning and Coordination:

      Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
    2. Budget Management:

      Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial parameters. Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for cost optimization.
    3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

      Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and implement effective mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to ensure the smooth progression of projects.
    4. Quality Assurance:

      Establish and enforce quality standards throughout the construction process. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
    5. Client Communication:

      Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

    REQUIRED WITH COMMERCIAL OFFICE FIT OUT PROJECT EXPERIENCE

    You must be eligible to work in Australia. This role requires Prior experience as Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager
