In the role of Operations Support Officer, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Assessing and processing industry accreditation scheme applications whilst ensuring compliance with legislation, policy, and procedures.
• Responding and resolving general customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Accurately entering and maintaining data to complete operational and administrative tasks related to industry accreditation schemes.
• Working independently on a specific workflow within specified timeframes.
• Supporting and participating in team activities to assist in achieving team objectives and business requirements.
Requirements of the role
• Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customerfocused outcomes
• Demonstrates accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence and transparency
• Pursues opportunities for growth through agile learning, and development of selfawareness

This role reports to the Operations Officer, Accreditation Assessments.
