    The Enterprise Release Manager is accountable for the ongoing development and execution of BOQ's Release Management Process with the goals of improving the capability and efficiency of its release process in alignment to the Bank's strategic direction. This role centres on governing the release management process, identifying, and implementing improvement opportunities, and leading a team of Release Managers to deliver high-quality releases. This role also requires the ability to influence stakeholders without authority and build consensus across reporting lines to be effective.

    Additionally, the Enterprise Release Manager ensures adherence to Change & Release Management processes throughout the release management lifecycle, aligning with customer requirements and adhering to ITIL best practices.

    About you


    • 8+ years of experience in release management preferably within the banking or financial sector.

    • Comprehensive understanding of Change & Release Management processes and ITIL Best Practices.

    • Experience with a variety of release management tools and frameworks.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within team environments.

    • Experience with cloud-based release management platforms, such as Azure DevOps.

    • Proficient in managing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

    • Well-versed in agile development methodologies.

    • Skilled in incident management and disaster recovery procedures.
